Martino Rentals' Policies

By reserving your stay at a Martino Rentals' property, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are accepted by phone and the website. We accept Venmo and PayPal for payment. Credit Card payments to come in the near future.

Full payment for lodging is due upon making the reservation. Once the reservation is made, our cancellation policy is put into effect. Reservation is confirmed once payment is received. If payment is not provided to Martino Rentals within 24 hours of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.

An email will be sent to your provided address for confirmation and a text will be sent to confirm payment.

Renters are expected to: (1) be over the age of 18; (2) not smoke inside of the properties; (3) not bring pets; (4) respect the property and neighbors.

Please note, a $300 fine will be collected if damage to the property occurs during your stay at a Martino Rentals' property.

Cancelation Policy

If the reservation is canceled thirty (30) days or more prior to guests arrival, 75% of the reservation will be refundable. Cancelations within thirty (30) days will forfeit the full balance of reservation.

General Guidelines and Agreement

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

All guests shall abide by Martino Rentals’ Policies and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Pets are not permitted.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

This rental agreement is for rental of the property specified in a confirmed reservation. This Agreement is between Martino Rentals and for the person who rented (booked) the property.

By booking with Martino Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies in the agreement, including any Unit-Specific Terms.
